For items that arrived damaged, we can send you out a replacement. Please note we will only do this if you report the item damaged within 48hrs of the item being delivered. We may not always need you to return the item, but may ask that you provide us evidence of the damaged items.
You may be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item.
If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
