2.1 Information you give us. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our site, uploading information to our site or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you (as applicable, but without limitation) register to use our site, subscribe to our services, search for a product, place an order on our site, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on our site, enter a competition, promotion or survey, upload, write or contribute information to our site, entering profile information, marking favouritesand when you report a problem with our site. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT WE DO DO NOT DISCLOSE ANY PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION OF ANY OF OUR REGISTERED USERS TO ANY THIRD PARTIES.

5.3 Please note that we do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users. We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target. We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.

It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

10. Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
